I was told 2 years i have copd ,I sat down and gave up. Have not been out for a long time, i get friends to get me what i need. i have come to relise i was deppressed and the only way out of this tunnel was get up and starty moving , its very hard to do but i will do it.
i am quiting on monday, i am on a new trial, called text to stop, they send me texts every day to help me quit and if i get cravings they text me m,ore to help me get through, its a trial of a thousand people if it works it will be available.
i am 16 stone and need to loose 8 stone, i am doing a diet where they send me the food and i only eat what they send me. its a cal controlled diet. iv tryed one but i was left feeling hungry so in fact eat more, but this one is all fresh food , so heres hoping.
i have always had restless legs and sometimes i get it in my arms. in the uk its unreconised , the doctor laughed at me said it was in my head, iv had every since i can remember, im amazed to learn that others have it.
