i have been emotionally,physically,economically abused by a deceptive serial abuser. i am now living with family and going through a court access case,through which i am having to stay strong and fight for the safety of my toddler son.

I left and i'm so glad i did. i wouldn't go back. i have no contact by choice. However it has been harder to keep a no contact from the legal access to my childpoint of view. I am subjected to solicitor's letters court appearances and this is out of my control. However i have said NO to mediation which was a good decision for me. I feel in a way that the courts have a process but that they are providing a platform and facilitating his continual abuse from which i am somewhat powerless to prevent it. xx the abuse is not over but i have done what i can.

i have a happy healthy 2yr old boy. i have left an abusive man and am now a single mum. i don't have any problems with my child but external factors sometimes are a challenge. i'm calm and patient and always try to think of things from my child's point of view. I don't get much of a break but when i do i use it to rest or get things done as necessary
