I am 22 years old. I live in good ole Fort Drum, NY. It is quite possibly the most boring place that I have ever been! LOL! Other than that it is ok :) I am an Army Wife. My teenage sister lives with my husband and I. I am fun, outgoing and LOVE to try new things. I am one of the most caring people in the world, but in the same I am brutally honest.

Close Military Families
I am a new military wife. My husband just joined about a year ago. I am struggling with the change in lifestyle. I no longer work, as to where I use to work 45+ hrs and go to school full time. I am also struggling with the fact that I will be facing my first deployment soon.
Close Anxiety
I have struggled with anxiety since I was a child. I am currently taking Effexor for it. My mind is in constant worry mode, even about the most trivial of things. It is hard to turn it off, so it even makes sleeping difficult.
Treatments
- BuSpar Not Working
- All it did was make me sleep.
- Paxil Working / Worked
- It worked for a while and then started to fade,
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- It can never hurt to stay positive.
Open Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI started struggling with depression around puberty. I just go into periods of funk. It can last hours, days or even a month. I have committed myself for one week before. I am just trying to make life work on a day to day basis.
Treatments
- Effexor Working / Worked
- It works well, at least for the anxiety part.
- Paxil Not Working
- Worked at first and then faded way.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Staying upbeat has helped me greatly!
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Going to therapy was one of the best things that I ever did for myself.
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- It helped me sleep.
- Writing Working / Worked
- It always helps to put your thoughts on paper.
Open Obesity
I was born a fatty! LOL! 11lbs and have stayed that way since! I have lost over 100 lbs twice, but by starving. My health is good, but I realize that it will not always be. I really would like to lose weight.

- It worked, but very bad side effects!
- Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
- Its works, but ugh I hate it!
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Works great with diet!
Open Infertility
Type: Other Uterine IssuesI have been trying to get pregnant for two years with no luck. I have not been to a fertility doctor bc insurance does not cover it and we do not have the cash. I was on Depo for 5 years and feel that it may have something to do with it.

- Basal Thermometer Working / Worked
- It works, just not for me yet.
