      really want to try this, but havent yet
      Lexapro Somewhat Helpful
      Dont use it anymore, didnt like the side effects of weight gain or any unknown long term effects
      Meditation Working / Worked
      it helps if I do it regulalry, i just have trouble remembering to do it.
      Positive Thinking Working / Worked
      helps quite a bit...but still have physical symptoms.
      Valium Working / Worked
      worked for a panic attack and to help me sleep. dont use it now.
