I'm a 71 year old guy with a passion for fitness. After 7 years of weight training, I have become stronger, with more muscle mass and endurance than I ever thought was possible.
I started weight training at the age of 64 when I weighed 235 pounds and had a huge pot belly. Now after 7 years of doing weight training, I'm at 175 pounds and take a size 34 pants. I'm now enjoying a quality of life that I never thought would be possible again. I used science to provide the information I needed to be able to get stronger, with more muscle mass and endurance. The many hours of searching for research study results has really paid off.
At age 71, my goals are to keep getting stronger and adding more muscle mass. Using my own workout program has enabled me to meet these goals with results that I never thought was possible.
