I've had depression for about twoish years, though it was only diagnosed after i tried to kill myself around midnight/ 1 am on december 1st. i was put into a mental facility for a week, and have been battling depression since then. art helps. my shrink's a .......female dog.

helps to talk to someone thats been through it, thankfully my spouse has. he can relate. sometimes i do hesitate to tell him things because im scared he'll ask too many questions though.
