Close Food Addiction
Was a "big" baby, who grew up to be a "big" girl, and now a very obese old lady. I have tried to manage my disordered eating in many ways: food restriction, every diet know to man, exercise and most recently weight loss surgery. I am addicted to the feeling that food gives me...it is my drug of choice.
Treatments
- Atkins Diet Somewhat Helpful
- My first major weight loss program...when I was 20 years old. Lost 50 pounds and was a normal weight for the first and only time in my life and it only last 23 days. Regained back and more...
- Dietitian Consult Not Working
- Several times did this. It works as long as I am getting weighed 23 xweek.
- Physical Exercise Not Working
- I am disabled with bilateral knee replacements. I have the best of intentions but cant sustain an exercise program.
- Weight Watchers Not Working
- been there done that have at least a dozen tshirts
