Started to do the treadmill! Mood

Alright! I've started walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes, every couples of days. Increasing the speed as I go. This is in part to help me lose those 10 pounds, firm up, and start training for a walk-a-thon in September!

 

(Just hope I can keep doing it!)
