and I have been losing lately. Anxiety and depression again. I think my depression med is not working... getting that "wish I was dead" feeling. Almost out of med insurance also... things are closing in! Arghhhh!!!

I understand what you are going through ! Please get some help - don't keep it bottled up and keep journaling. If you feel this bad, you need to try to take good care of yourself and don't think about things all together. One thing at a time, OK ? You need a med makeover - something isn't working. Many hugs & message me.
