  Thanks powder ! So good to hear from you. I take a mood stabilizer too, and it makes me so hungry - I am gaining weight also, but it sure helps my mood. Sorry to hear you are having some anxiety. I am too - things have been rather hectic for me lately. I want to go back to work, but doc says to wait until I stabilize. It's driving me nuts !!! Anyway, I would try to get back on your mood stabilizer - it will help with the anxiety. Someone suggested to me to take Magnesium and zinc, and it helps to keep me calmer. You might want to try it.
