  I don't like the yogurt either but in a smoothie you don't even taste it. I buy frozen fruit and fresh fruit combine...! I bought one of those bullet blender and it is easy, quick clean up.....one of the Acutally use things they sell on TV ! lol

  Hi dmott : i read your post asking about hormone replacement and I am not a fan of it if your having hot flashes eat two ounces of plain soy yogurt. I make myself a smoothie every morning using fruit with soy yogurt and a package of sweetner it works no kidding, took away my hot flashes.....! I also started taking new phase supplement along with vitamin e and it has help with mood.
  You the less chemicals the better! We have an auto immune disease our bodies are attacking itself and when we eat, drink and breath all these chemicals our bodies are literally going haywirer makeing everything that much sicker not to mention you fee sluggish, body aches............!
