Close Sleep Problems - Childhood

My little girl is 1 with severe eczema, food allergies and sleep problems. She wakes at least 3-4 times a night and my husband and I don't have family or friends nearby to come and help at night time, We're exhausted and sleep deprived. The end of this doesn't seem close as she has so many issues at the same time. Just looking for some mutual understanding.

Close Eczema

I'm a mother of a 13month old with eczema- she's had it since she was 2 weeks old. We're very much into the alternative route of medicine- naturopathy, homeopathy, kinesiology... avoiding steroids although at desperate times I have considered them but previous use just made it come back worse than before. Sleep deprived and exhausted and no support groups around, generally people don't understand how much hard work it all is.

Aloe Vera Too Soon to Tell

We use the gel- it'sa bit sticky and i'm not sure it does anything for my little girl, she still itches, redness still there, just not sure if it'sworking

Evening Primrose Oil Somewhat Helpful

We've used this in the past-Ithought it worked well but she did go hot and red with it but my husband disagreed and felt it didn't work and caused her to react more... so we're on opposite sides with this one so we've left it for the moment

Oilatum Not Working

This was my baby's first contact with eczema lotions and potions- didn't see any obvious improvements, to be honest the moment we started using it, about a week later she just got worse and worse- she was only weeks old. stopped using it.
