Close Fibrous Dysplasia
Diagnosed with fibrous dysplasia of the skull in November. Incredible pain that could not be called a headache. I saw neurologists, neurosurgeons, and finally an endrocrinologist. Surgery was out of the question because more than half of my skull has been affected.
Treatments
- Zometa Too Soon to Tell
- Had a 5mg Reclast IV yesterday. Woke up in the middle of the night with a temperature of 103 and abdominal pain. I understood there were possible side effects but it seemed worth it to decrease the constant bone pain. I am praying once the side effects subside Ill see improvement.
Close Sexual Abuse
sexually abused by my uncle from the age of 2 until 8. Struggled for a long time, it's gotten better. Occasionally, the feelings of shame and responsibility rears their ugly heads.
