Close Gastritis

Just found this site and feel a little better knowing a lot of others have gastritis that lasts a long time. I have been on a proton pump and am going to start Zantac. I can't believe how it burns so much at times. I was diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis. I think those of us with 'chronic' will take a longer time to heal. I found out I have celiac disease too which can cause gastritis. I heard coconut water might help has n e one tried that. As mentioned, you don't know what to eat anymore!
