      From cdenny Yesterday

Hey Jessy, I hope you start feeling better... complications can be irritating. Actually the staff at my school are very supportive. My boss is also supportive. Last checked my ef was 30, but i think it has increased. i've lost 40 pounds and i take 25 mg of coreg twice a day, plus other bp meds and heart meds. i get through work ok, but like you, have little left once i am home.
      hugs right back at ya!

Hey, are you still working? If so, how are you dealing with that?

Many people would give up in your situation. Be strong! My son (he's 17) has fatal congenital heart failure. I understand your situation; know that he and I are praying for you.

I'm okay... tired of course... good days and not so good... Yes, we just finished our second week back. But, it has been really hectic for me. The district decided to downside my grade level. So, I taught 8 days of 1st grade, then took a 2nd grade class. It certainly isn't boring. You must be back already, have classes resumed?

Hey Jessy, I read up just a bit on BNP, that is really great that your number has dropped so much!!! Are you feeling better?

I just found out last week that I have CHF/cardiomyopathy. I'm scared and confused. My EF at the time of hospitalization was 25%. Now I feel like it's wait-and-see, and I don't know if I should worry I'll drop dead tomorrow.

      Type: Limited Scleroderma (CREST syndrome)

I've been diagnosed with CREST and really don't know what to expect. The diagnosis came secondary to finding I have cardiomyopathy/heart failure. I think at this point I'm more worried about the unknown with the scleroderma!
