so sorry you are having the trouble with the vitimuns. I take the ones for Bariatric surgrey. They are so much easier on stomach+ you know you are getting what you need. some people think vits. are vitum. but they are not. So take care of you self and get you some special Bariatric supplements. I use Bariatric Adavantage, they are great.
