Hope things are going well for you too....I have a 6 day weekend so will catch up with one of my sons for lunch and l have a surprise pressie for him because he has given up smoking (Yay) and Church to night with one of my best friends and some study. How about you? what do you have planned?

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionMy story started a little over a year ago.. I lost everything, my whole life got forced upside down, and I had to start over. Every time I did, I failed..upset someone..or who knows what else! So, now, I'm at the point where I don't even try anymore! My life is spinning out of control, and I just lay in bed ignoring it all! Just the other day..I decided I had enough, so here I am!!
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- Read a book on this .. it's amazing! My problem is just remembering to do what I need to!!
- Meditation Considering
- Psychotherapy Considering
- I do not have insurance.. so I am looking into free local help!
- Support from Friends & Family Not Working
- They have grown tired of watching me "slowly die" right before their eyes.
- Writing Somewhat Helpful
- It helps, about half the time.. the other half I wish I had some sort of feedback from someone other than myself!
Close Child Support & Custody
Always in an on-going battle of "who is the better parent!" I have a 6 year old son, and have been divorced for a little over a year!! -It's been hard!
Open Prescription Drug Abuse
My Doc gave started me on Adderall about 3/4 years ago to treat my adult ADD. It worked great... and than I started getting depressed and used the adderall to escape from that. I have been abusing for close to 2 years now, and it's getting worse. It's become a vise on my life, and I don't know what to do anymore!!
