Well seeing as im trying to get over my phobia, I decided to stay in the room while my mom was given a shot at her last doctor appointment. Well I didn't hyperventilate or squirm or move my chair away like i normally did. I didn't quite watch though, afraid watching the needle going in would cause flashbacks. But I did cry a bit after because my anxiety was so high.
