Close Personality Disorders
Type: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder & PTSD about a year ago & I am really looking for some people that I can relate to.
Treatments
- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- I've been seeing a therapist (actually a couple because I've moved around a bit) since the end of '07. I've had two hospitalizations between then & now. Its helpful in some ways & in some ways it hurts so much right on the inside
Close Bipolar Disorder
To share thoughts & get support from other people with bipolar.
Treatments
- Abilify Somewhat Helpful
- It was okay when I was using it but it made me gain weight.
- Celexa Working / Worked
- It agrees with me well. Haven't had any side effects.
- Depakote Working / Worked
- Its very helpful in balancing my moods & it doesn't have any side effects.
- Geodon Not Working
- It didn't work when I was on it. I had a lot of side effects. I was dizzy, light headed & naseous.
- Risperdal Working / Worked
- It worked fine for me when I was taking it but I'm no longer on it.
- Seroquel Too Soon to Tell
- Just started it 3 days ago
- Topamax Working / Worked
- My daily regiment has cut back the frequency of my headaches.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- I've been taking it for a couple months now & its been going good so far. No side effects are anything.
- Zyprexa Somewhat Helpful
- It was a little helpful when I was on it before but I'm not taking it anymore.
- Atarax Working / Worked
- It has been good. No major side effects
