Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have tried dieting a good majority of my life...I've always been a heavy. I'm now not dieting, I'm changing my life.
Treatments
- 6 Week Body Makeover Not Working
- Really unrealistic for a busy person...and the food was horrible!
- Atkins Diet Working / Worked
- Worked to lose weight, but I was not healthy and did not feel good. I did lose 30 lbs though
- Body for Life Working / Worked
- This taught me good food combinations. This worked for me and I felt good doing it. I just let myself get back into my old food habits and didn't keep up with it.
- Counting Calories Working / Worked
- Counting is hard for me to keep up with, but just being aware of the calories does help!
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- I have been doing this for the past 2 months and it's working. I was sick the first two months with bronchitis
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- it can be hard...but you have to want it.
- Physical Exercise Too Soon to Tell
- I know it will work, but once we start getting to the gym on a more normal schedule it will work.
- Slim-Fast Too Soon to Tell
- I'm going to drink this before I work out. I need to eat something before, but if I do I feel sick..this will solve that.
