Glad to hear it....Yeah, mine moved an hour away and then had the nerve to complain to me about the long drive to come pick her up! Lol....yeah ok!
I've learned to tune him out and not let him get a rise out of me, it drives him nuts... It comes in very useful....lol =) Hugs -

Close Breakups & Divorce
Married for almost 9 yrs, he left out of the blue & moved out, but we tried to work on our marriage. I was determined to make things work, especially because we have a very young child. Almost a year into working on things, I found out about the OW that he had been seeing the whole time (the one my gut always knew about). He filed for divorce immediately following my discovery of his affair. I now realize how much better off I am without his lies and manipulation.
Treatments
- Couples Counseling Not Working
- Didn't work - ex wasn't upfront and honest so we weren't able to get out of it what we should/could have. He lied to everyone.
- Forgiveness Not Working
- I don't know that I can forgive him for a long, long time. He has put me through hell and continues to punish me for discovering his affair.
- Love Not Working
- I loved him with all I have to give but it wasn't enough.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Currently going to work through this mess.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- Time Working / Worked
- It gets a little better with time, but it still hurts.
