  Thanks Peach for your kinds and supportive words. I will take my first tablet tonight. I know it will be some time before it works but I will stay strong and continue to pray. I pray every night for strength because that’s what I need right now, this anxiety gets me so down and it is hard to manage – but I know I can do it.   I read your post on allergies and I swear mine have gotten worse. It may just be the lethal combo of menopause, allergies and teenagers. It is not natural to be raising children and going through "the change". I noticed you are also young for menopause. Do you mind if I ask if it was natural or did you have a hysterectomy? Mine was out of the blue and started at age 37. It has been a shock. Back to allergies...I was going to suggest a sinus rinse. It really is the only thing that has helped and I use it daily. I've actually become an old pro at sinus problems. I've had surgery for it twice and I still swear by the rinse. It's safe and natural. Hope this helps. Jacinda
