Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have a wonderful life, but at times I get so depressed that I turn to self mutilation, smoking, and feeling lost. I just need someone to talk to, who won't judge me or give me prescriptions.
Treatments
- Lexapro Not Working
- The drug is supposed to make me feel more alert and awake and counter suicidal thoughts, side affects include fatigue and increased thoughts of suicide...
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- My boyfriend makes me so happy that I forget about my problems, but when he's not around it comes back.
- Writing Somewhat Helpful
- I lack self-motivation, but the journal has helped to put my thoughts on paper, if I remember/want to do it.
