I have to say I ate well today. Better than usual. I went to New York city for the day with my mom which is probably why.

- 1 oz of sprinkled goat chese- 2
- 1/2 c of avocado- 4
- peppers cucumbers and tomatoes- 0
- balsamic vinnegrett- 4
- diet coke- 0
snack
- almond and apricot bar- 4
dinner
- Cracker barrel grilled chicken cutlets, string beans and corn- 8 points
- dumplings- 4 points
- total 39 points

- 5 flex points used
I didnt count some flavored coffee creamer and sugar in my tea because I went to the gym for 45 minutes
