They used to be, walking, camping, hanging out with friends and family, and swimming. Now I rarely eat with my family, and my anxiety seems to take over when out in public.

I've been meaning to send you a message for a while now thanking you for your wonderfully supportive message. I hope the Lamictal helps you; I take it twice a day and find it definitely makes life better. Finding the right med for you may take some trial & error, but it is SO worth it when you do. Keep breathing in public - we can fight our grocery store armies together! (grin) BIG HUGS to you! xx Elienne
Hi Amanda -- How are you doing? Are you having any success with the Lamictal? I guess it may still be too soon to tell. I hope you're having a great day! : )
I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, and BiPolar type 2. I have been put pn medication, but have lost both my job and car. I am in search of support ans friendship.
I was diagnosed with bipolar type 2 and generalized anxiety disorder recently, and am having a hard time coping with it. I have good days and bad days. It is so hard for everyone in my family, because they do not know if I am going to be up or down at any given day.
I have had high blood pressure since I can remember. I was on cardizem for awhile, then got dropped from my insurance. So naturally, no more meds. That was about seven years ago. I just got put on Lisinopril a couple of weeks ago and am going strong.
