Close Bereavement
Type: Loss of a Partner/Spousemy partner passed away last year, 6th September 08. He was in hospital. There were alot of mistake made by the hospital, and I've put in a formal complaint in he should never have died. He was my world and i'm finding it very hard to live without him.
