About Me
I am married with 3 great kids. Oldest daughter goes to Northern Illinois University. Middle child (daugter) is a sophomore in high school. Son is the youngest in 4th grade. I love the Chicago Bears and coaching my kids in sports. I love traveling and just relaxing. I have started to exercise and trying to lose some weight and become healthier. My son has epilepsy and Arnold Chiari Malformation. His E is fairly well controlled. You would not know he has anything if you seen him walking down the street.He is a brave little guy! I call him my hero. My entire family are my hero's!

Getting back into shape and hopefully lowering BP

I am watching what I eat and walking a half hour Monday through Friday in 15 minutes intervals.

I was glad to see I was 2 oz less than I was last week after kind of falling off the meal wagon one night.
