Hi saw your page ... my husband has TBI also just came out of rehab he got assaulted by 8 guys got hurt really badly!! his not the same person I married how did u deal with all of this if I don't mind asking???

Hey lilfawn, Fish Oil supplements 1200mg three times a day. Make sure you get interic coated to kill the fishy after taste. The brand I use is Spring Valley enteric coated Fish Oil supplements. They have no aftertaste and believe me I have tried several. They are kinda large so your husband may need to take it with some pudding or something to help it go down. Good Luck, hope it will help his memory like it did mine.

My husband is also "missing in action". TBI two years ago. I miss the way he was. I can't believe this happened to him and to me. It is better but still a huge challenge. Our nurse just told me to get a life of my own. I'm just feeling sick over the whole mess.

Close Brain Injury
My husband and I were in a horrible accident in Oct., 2008. We were hit by 3 vehicles, one of them a semi. My husband sustained a severe traumatic brain injury. He has made an amazing recovery (I am told). He is home, but still has major problems.
Close Coma
My hubby suffered a TBI in October 2008. He was in a coma for a week and then slowly started gaining contact with the world.
