Close Pancreatitis
I was diagnosed with Acute pancreatitis on 10/19/2004 and spent 6 months at Jackson Memorial/UM Miller shcool of medicine. I was given a 10% chance to live and was listed in grave condition. It developed into Acute necrotizing Pancreatitis with pseudocysts. This all eventually developed into Chronic Pancreatitis after several more hospitalizations over the years.
Treatments
- Demerol Working / Worked
- I take opana ER 20mgs TID and Dilaudid 4mgs TID as well and it works very well for me. It allows me to live a normal life. I don't have a drug problem, I have a pain problem. As you can tell I get tired of judgemental idiots who've never bothered to walk a mile in my shoes. The meds My PM doc gives me allows me to work (my job is very physical)and enjoy an active social life afterwards. I thank God for modern medications
- Pancrelipase Working / Worked
- Creon 10mgs TID (one with every meal. This also works very well for me.
