though my therapist says not to fight emotions. well im still trying to understand all of that.
i have a birthday soon and i feel like i'm far too foolish to be this old. I'm struggling with the same things I've struggled with for years. And then some.
But I suppose thats not all true.
I have made some changes and progress. I'm doing big things with taking better care of my health lately.
Right now...I'm just missing my girlfriend. Missing her terribly.
