I don't know if it works, but I do know that I am going through the same questions. I had a hemithyroidectomy for cancer and after being told I did not have cancer according to the frozen section, I heard from my doctor 2 weeks later telling me I had cancer (the kind that doesn't show up on frozen sections, papillary with follicular variant) and now I am going in Wednesday to have the second half removed, and I don't even know if it will help with my pain, Shortness of breath, double vision, rashes, edema,you-name-it, I got it. I'm so sorry that we all have so many questions that medicine cannot answer. Let's just say, I don't know if it will work but I will hope and pray for you.

Close Myasthenia Gravis
hi I am male 42 and was recently diagnosed having MG. Currently, this is affecting my eyes mainly (diplopia and ptosis) but couple of days i noticed one of my fingers not functioning properly - dunno if that is also due to MG. I have been taking medication for past 3 weeks but there has been no significant improvement with my vision. Appreciate any feedback/advise you could provide.
