I play rugby. Somehow it made me get sciatica. And now I can't walk or sit down.
Treatments
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- 800mg but I think I'm too tolerant to it now from having other sports-related injuries and taking high-dosage ibuprofen in the past. If I take it on an empty stomach it gives me really bad nausea.
- Chiropractic Adjustment Considering
- Hopefully it will help?
