I was in your same shoes 26 yrs ago,mine was semi-open adoption and turned out wonderful. I know there are really no words that can be said to you right now that would comfort you. I remember the day like it was yesterday,I am glad you have an open adoption, I couldnt have done it any other way. My thoughts,prayers,and huge((((HUGS)))) go out to you in this most difficult time in your life. I pray that your daughter has the same wonderful upbringing as mine had. My heart goes out to you. Time does heal,but I know how hard that is for you to hear right now.

Type: Open AdoptionWhen I found out I was pregnant I decided to make a plan for adoption. I had my perfect baby girl on 2-13-09, and signed the adoption papers a few days later. I know in my heart I made the right decision for my baby, and that she will have so many great opportunities this way. I just wish I was older and in a better situation so I could of raised her myself. I think about her all day, everyday.
