Smoke Free Mood
Monday, April 6, 2009 | A General Update story

Smile   Hello all:    I am thinking I might actually make it. March 31,2009  at 10 PM  I lit and had 2 very small puffs and put it out. AND its been out now for 5 days.  I do still have times when I think I might widh to go outside and have just a puff but I ahve found if I resist it the  feeling goes away.  And it is no longer on my mind after meals, when I get up or grab that coffee.

   5 Days  makes me happy.

Today is June 3, 2009. I am 63 days smoke free. Feeling good about myself. Have stopped eating everything in the house and I dont get these cravings anymore. Just a passing thought and not often. It goes away faster than it came. Lost my Brother on Monday after pulling away from the entire family 29 years ago. I have searched for him all this time and only got an address for him about 2 months ago. It was a personal and have made it through this trauma so I know I am finally free.
