I just came across your post from February, thought I was reading my own profile! Have you found the neuropathy group? Very good information, I realized that just about everything that I have relates back to neuropathy. I've had so many dx's over the years, none of which had a cure. My endocrinologist made a thinly veiled insult in my direction last visit, something about the difference between those who were "truly ill" as opposed to those of the "worried well". I had never been so elegantly insulted, but insulted just the same. I really don't want to go back to him this year but I need the bloodwork and the prescription and he is a competent physician, a rare commodity in my area. I hope the last 6 months have brought some enlightenment/relief. Kind regards, Patti

Close Sjogren's Syndrome
I have been in pain for over 20 years,I have been diaganosed with Hashimoto's, Interstitial Cystitis,Hypertension,Reiters,and now dry eye.No one has said Sjogrens,but I have really dry eyes,mouth,schrimer tear was 5,6. On steriod drps,Restasia,meloxicam,used aleve for years.1 pos ANA,1 neg.Rash on my face,neck like sunburn,joint pain in both knees,and hip joints,severe neck,low back pain Migraines,brain fog.Latest bld work neg for HBLA27,low VitD.Lupus?Sjogrens?Dr.says not fibro or Lupus.Help!

- Mobic Somewhat Helpful
- Still have pain in neck somewhat relief in back and hips. Aleve works better for neck.
- Zomig Working / Worked
- relieves migraines but cannot take everyday. Neck pain triggers migraine.
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- relieves some pain and helps my asthma.
Close Fibromyalgia
I have migraines,I am tired most of the time,cloudy headed,and periods of disorientation.I do not sleep well,neck and back pain. I went to the neurologist and he tested me for tender points,and they was extremely painful,like bee stings.He said I reacted to all but one near my knee. Is this a definite diagnosis for fibro?I also have dry eye,hashimotos thyroiditis, interstital cystitis.I recently took some pred one day for asthma and noticed I felt great,and without it, very bad. Any ideas?

- Side effects, rapid heartbeat,and made me feel weird.

- Helps with asthma
- Heat Working / Worked
- Works for muscle pain.
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- I feel like I am almost cured with prednisone. Dont know if it will last. I am still a little weak and have to rest a lot but definite improvement. No headaches when I take it.
- Mobic Working / Worked
- Helps a bit easier to move around.
