Close Endometriosis

Two years ago, I was extremely ill, and no physicians could figure out what was wrong with me. I had debilitating pain in my abdominal area that got so intesne I was bedridden 18 hours a day and could no longer work. I began to do my own research online and at Border's bookstore. After four months of searching I came across the disease called Endometriosis. Immediately, I knew that is what I have. I called a surgeon in Oahu, I was living on the small island of Maui, and flew over for an appointment. The surgeon was quite apprehensive when I waltzed into his office proclaiming I was suffering from endometriosis. After conversing for about an hour , he told me he thought I was right, and we scheduled a laporotomy. A few weeks later I flew back to Honolulu, had the procedure and sure enough, it was endometriosis ,wide!! After surgery I was back to normal for about six months and then the pain returned with a vengance. I have been managing the pain with meds, diet and excersise. It's not easy. I do the best that I can.
