The nitrous bubble in my eye has evaporated, finally! So it is easier to get around. I went to church on Saturday with my husband to help clean-up after a clothes give-away. We packed the clothes back into boxes and there must have been two dozen boxes left over. It was like Jesus feeding the crowds and having bread left over. Amazing! I was waiting for other people to do stuff, and trying not to be bossy. finally, I just went and found a mop bucket and mop and filled it up and started mopping the floor. That is one honking big room, and I knew someone needed to do it, or we would be there forever. Anyway, another guy went and grabbed another mop and we got it done together.
If that wasn't enough, we came home and did yard work for a couple hours. Got pretty much everything set for winter. Moved some catmint plants because they had become invasive and went onto the sidewalk. Trimmed back about 300 gladioli plants. I know what I will be doing next year - tying up plants all summer!
I should have been ready to sleep last night, and I went right to sleep, but after an hour I woke up with a start. The neuralgia pain is back. It's not unbearable, thankfully. But it was enough for me to reach for meds, and get a hot pack. Damn! If it isn't one thing it's another.
I started writing this because I don't know how to thank everyone for their positive thoughts and prayers. The retina in my eye is healing nicely, and as I said, the nitrous oxide bubble has evaporated. It will be quite some time before I know how much vision I will have in that eye. right now it's pretty bad, but I remain hopeful. Anyway, thanks everyone! Hugs and prayers of thanks for each of you.

Prayer and love works everytime.

Glad you are back on your feet and getting things done. They say its good to keep busy. My TN has also come back, around the gums and teeth. Hate it. Like you said, if its not one thing something else happens. I think its because winter is coming back, that seems to be when my TN comes back. Anyhow glad your eye is healing.
