  Hi KneeDeep, I told the Dr that I would have the operation after the first of the year. They moved rather quickly to get it scheduled for 10:00am on the 19th of Jan. But, since then I've had a very enlightening conversation with a disabled vet who is in the same condition or not quite as bad and he is only 35yrs old. He had this same proceedure done 5 times over the past and it never worked. Not only that, he said it was horribly painful with no relief. So, I have an appt on 1/4/2010 and that is when I plan to tell the Dr that I'm not going to have the procedure. Other than that everything else is pretty good! On Friday I bought a new SUV. I purchased a 2010 Fj Cruiser. It's black and white - and exactly what I had hoped to buy from Honda last year when I bought my new car { 2008 Honda Accord} which seemed to be the best deal they could make me? They couldn't make me a deal on the Pilot? Anyway, I took "one" of my new sleeping pills that I was given and I slept from Saturday night at 6pm to Sunday night at 6pm. Bad thing is that I guests that were coming over at 1:00pm Sunday afternoon. I didn't miss my Steelers playing fortunately; because they're playing Denver right now on digital channel 206 AND they're leading the Broncos 21 to 10 and looking for a win with only 6min & 44sec remaining! And right now Pgh is going to get the ball back. So, right now things are looking pretty good for the Steelers too! So, maybe I'll be able to make it up to my friends next weekend and everything will work itself out in the long run. And i'm certainly going to cut the sleeping pills up, I just haven't decided yet quite how I'm going to do it. Oh well, we have some rain just not nearly what we need to bring up the level of the lake or the river at all yet. I do love the temps right now though - they are at 75 during the daytime and 55 at night. This is truly my type of weather. It could stay like this all year.
