Good luck with your weight loss! I didn't have as far to go as you, but I've lost 18lbs and I feel great. The first week I found really tough, not having my snacks or large portions, but after that you feel the benefits. Find an exercise you enjoy, even if it's just brisk walking, watch portion sizes, and find healthy substitutes for your snacks. You can do it!
The healthy weight loss suggestion is between 1-3lbs a week, so aim for that, but don't get disheartened if you don't lose anything one week or gain a pound. Change your habits for life and you WILL get there. x
Sending some sunshine your way! It's rainy, cold and cloudy here to say the least. My goal weight is what you're at right now. I have a huge problem with binge eating and so I'm really trying to quit that. Maybe I can learn some things from you, since you're already at the goal weight I want to be at.
What are your eating habits like? Do you drink tons of water during the day? How many calories do you consume? Just trying to find some inspiration for myself. :)
