Football, baseball, swimming reading.lifting weights. watching horror movies. I love jogging and for a period of 3 years I was not able to because of torn disks in my back, I eventually had surgery and now I am back to jogging 4 miles in the mornings.

I am currently serving in the USAF and have been been for the last 12 years. I have mostly been stationed in the UK..and on the east coast of the us.now im in the heartland in KS!
I had Pflip surgery 3 years ago to replace my L4,5 bulging disks with screws and rods and cage.My back is much better now.I can even play sports and work out again.painfree.the only problem is I have nerve damage now in my leg from the surgery,but the Dr says it takes years for it to heal after it has been severed and repaired.it only hurts at night,and i take lyrica and it takes care of the pain in my leg.
