I just wanted to write and tell you that I read your profile and what you wrote about anxiety, and how your husband's anxiety sets you off. Boy don't I know that! I've figured out that I try to protect and shield my husband from his anxiety, which means that I bear the brunt of it all instead of him! I've learned to tell him to wait in the car sometimes when I have to go in the store, because I don't want to get anxious worrying if the crowds are going to set HIM off. :-) Best of luck to you and your beautiful family!

Close Anxiety
My husband is the one that deals more with anxitey than I, but however I am his support person and have realized in the past year or so that I too have the anixtey. However mine stirs from my husband. The reason I say this is because with him using me as a support person it puts me in between the rock and a hard spot if you know what I mean.. Basically I try and keep the stress off him but in doing so I put stress on me.
