About Me
I am psychology student graduating in april and beginning teacher's education in july. I am also a therapist for autistic children, and I love it. I grew up in a small town in northern BC where I learned to love any outdoor activities like hiking, snowboarding, fishing, camping etc. My family (including my two nephews who I am insanely proud of) means the world to me, so I love going home to visit.

Type: Be the best you can beI am 21 years old, and have been struggling with my weight for ten years. I am 5'11'' and 168 lbs. I want to lose 15-20 pounds, and am dedicated to success this time around. Going to the gym, eating healthy, yoga, and nutrition are the main ingredients.

- I loved taking a pole dancing for fitness class. It really worked to spice up my routine!
- Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
- I use the elliptical three times a week at the gym, and find it very useful and much easier on my joints then running.

- I love the mental benefits that getting away from the hustle-bustle of the city has.
- Rollerblading Working / Worked
- Excellent way to create excitment in my workout routine when running and elliptical are getting boring.

- The best way for me to get into shape and see results in weight loss! It's hard on my knees though...

- A must! Not only do I want to be trim, but i also want to be firm and toned. Muscle also burns more calories that fat does!
