I have 5 children, all but one of which is grown, and I have two beautiful little granddaughters as well! Wow, I am truly blessed!.... I originally came from England when I was 12 yrs old but have mostly spent my time in Canada here . I am a Teachers assistant & live by a beautiful pristine lake in northern Alberta.

Close Hysterectomy
Hi, I had my hysterectomy July 13th 09 and doing fairly well.. Having emotional issues with the loss of my organs and now my body image. Doc's don't always tell you the after effects & and answer questions u might have afterwards.
Close Anxiety
Treatments
- Ativan Somewhat Helpful
- Only took it for a few days, but it made me too stoned. I didn't like it&
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- I tried prayer which helps.
- St. John\'s Wort Working / Worked
- I am currently taking this. It works great!
Open Menopause
I am peri-menopausal and after having my hormone levels checked with a doctor (normal) He says I'm deficient in Vitamin B12 and Magnesium. I had a hysterectomy 12 weeks ago....

- Haven t started my series of shots yet...

- Taking supplements but only just started them..
