I grew up at the foothills of the Rocky Mtns. and it is truly where my heart lies. I am a struggling artist trying to find where my art will fit in this world. My sister is the root of my strength and inspires me to better myself. And most importantly, I have a very strong faith in God and his plans for my life.

I loved your blog about the itching! I went thru that crap for 2 YEARS!!
I've had Hodgkins for the last 6 years of my barely adult life. I did the initial abvd treatment with a month of radiation, a year later a bone marrow transplant, and then 2 clinical trial drugs at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston. They worked for a while but eventually after 2 years of trying I had to move back to Colorado to undergo another bone marrow transplant with my sister as my donor. So that is where I stand now, done with that transplant and crossing my fingers
I had my first bone marrow transplant 3 years ago and have just recently completed my second allogeneic transplant.
Well I'm not exactly a Teen anymore, but I joined this group because I have been a cancer patient since I was 16, so I can definetly relate to a lot of the issues in this group.
