Well I will be an inpatient at Red Rock in an hour. I am praying they will help me with what I need. I've been packed for 3 days waiting to get my arm looked at and get some therapy.

I need to work on my legal stuff.

I sort of felt like they were trying to talk me out of going, telling me I won't get my pain meds, etc. Can't bring my special diet food for my lap band. Can't bring any of my nutritional supplements. They don't have a dietician, I'm thinking how do they monitor medication levels? How do they treat a person without taking their diet into consideration?

I guess these are some of the things I would talk to Matt about.

Well I am going to start taking care of myself. Send me lots of positive thoughts!
