In July of 2008 I had a sinus infection. That led to vertigo from a flight to vacation. Evidently flight and sinuses don't mix. In November I had an MRI where they only found a mass of enlarged blood vessels in my brain. But nothing to diagnose my migraines and vertigo. In late November I started seeing a neurologist and started various medications. The vertigo starts to get better and then worse. The migraines fluctuate too. They say I have migraine brain but nothing wrong with my inner ear.
Neurologist recommended me to MRI. Found nothing. Was diagnosed with migraine brain. Have been trying to control migraines for 4 months. Been living with them undiagnosed for 4 years.
