Type 1 Diabetic 37 years changing my life Thanksgiving of 2007 I decided I was not going to follow the typical Type 1 Diabetic protocol of giving up to indulge in all the poisonous foods and drinks I had consumed for far too many years. I refuse to become a Diabetic Statistic and either bury myself in my daily food desires to acquire cancer amongst all the other diseases and ailments like obesity that will claim your life if you let it.
