Step one over today.........I went to the dentist.
I am horribly afraid after a few nasty incidents but this was a check up
and cleaning and I was fine. Staff is wonderful. I go back in a week for 2
crowns and a filling. They gave me demeral and something else to take an hour
before my next appointment, works for me! :)
Hope everyone in DS land is ok!
Pat was given another BP pill, took one yesterday and had a huge BP drop.
He felt sluggish, tired, said he couldn't lift his arms easily. He didn't take it today!

Chris is now on Blood pressure meds too, unbelivable. he figured out he takes 9 pills a day and his shot every other week, Anything else??
