I am a devoted mother to two beautiful boys ages 4yr. and 11mnth. My husband and childrens' dad has been incarcerated for over a year and will be for 4-5 more. I'm very lonely and just want to talk with others who understand what I'm going through.

Close Parenting Preschoolers (3-5)
I have a 4-year old and he is a handful. But I think he's a pretty good boy. All 4-year olds are crazy aren't they?!? I also have a 9-month old.

I'm just one big ball of stress and I'm never truly relaxed...you know, the usual. Takes 2hours or so to fall asleep, short temper, back pain and tension, and often overwhelmed

- I do breathing and meditation exercises 2 or 3 times a day and whenever I feel I need it- they help

- helps me with my anxiety but can't take due to nursing son
- Zoloft Not Working
- tried and had terrible scary side effects- quit!
