      Hi male 70 with bph which causes urge incontinence and uti.s now on uroxatral which helps with the uti's but nothing for the incontinence

      I use diaper especially at night,and sometimes inthe daytime to avoid accidents

      hI ALL OLDER THAN MOST OF YOU HAVE BPH WHICH CAUSES URGE INCONTINENCE NIGHT TIME IS THE WORSE USE DIAPERS TO CONTROL IT.
